General conditions

The total cost of the course must be paid before it begins.

Prices are in pounds sterling.
These prices can be changed into French Francs or Euros and paid to ICC France or directly paid to ICC England by bankers draft.

All courses should be reserved, if possible, at least 4 weeks before the start of the course.

All cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the course.

The amount initially paid will be refunded except for administration costs.

ICC will try its utmost to respect the dates and length of programme required by the student.

ICC does not accept any responsability for personal insurance.

The student must take out an insurance policy which covers any damages incurred or caused. (Accidents, theft, loss, illness, personal liability, etc...)

The student should inform ICC of the name and address of insurance company and policy number.

Students arriving at Heathrow airport should do so, when possible, on Sunday afternoon and leave the Saturday morning at the end of the course.

ICC will only arrange to meet and take back students who arrive at London's Heathrow airport. Students arriving in England other than Heathrow airport should inform the course co-ordinator of the hour of their arrival at ICC in Reading.

No refund will be made by ICC in the case of behaviour or conduct on the part of the student which is liable to him or her being expelled from the centre on a temporary or permanent basis.

In all cases, ICC will try to solve any conflict that may arise between the student and ICC without litigation and to the mutual benefit of both parties.
