Do you know someone who would like to learn English in England or French in France?
If so, then I.C.C. would like to hear from you. You maybe a professional person working in languages, a teacher, or represent a travel agency or other company which sends people abroad to learn a language, or you may be someone who knows someone who would like to learn or perfect their English or French. If I send people to I.C.C. how much will I earn?
I.C.C. pays a minimum commission on all courses listed on our web site of 10%. This commission will increase depending on the number of people you send to us and can be as much as 25%.
How do I know the courses will be suitable for my clients?
You need to look carefully at our web site : www.iccinter.com to see which courses are the most suitable. From experience we have found that the courses coded IE, LS, and for the Summer period, G, are the most popular for England. While IE and G are the most popular for France. Each student must have a completed application form and pre-course survey, and if possible have completed the test for the language he wishes to learn from the web site.This is to make sure that we have the maximum amount of information concerning the student before their arrival.
How do I know the quality of the courses and other services are the best available?
You are welcome to come and visit us at any time, either in England or in France. We can also send you references from many individuals and companies who have sent people to us and have been delighted with the quality of our teaching staff, the efficiency of our course co-ordinators and the effectiveness of our method.
If I do send people to I.C.C. when will I get paid?
Your commission can be paid the moment we receive payment from the student. Or on a 3 or 6 month basis. It is up to you to decide. Please do not forget that the more students you send to us and the longer they stay will increase your commission rate. We can therefore withold payment, if YOU so require, up to six months in order to pay you the higher commission rate.
Why is there an agent's code?
So that I.C.C. can be sure that the commission is paid directly to the person concerned. So that each agent has a contract signed by both I.C.C. and the person concerned stating commission rates and payment terms. So that each student sent to I.C.C. can be traced back to the agent. So that if a student or company comes back to I.C.C. at a later date they can be traced back to the agent and the commission paid.
Can the students or company pay the agent directly?
Yes of course. An agents price list is available on request. If the agent wishes to be paid directly by the student this will be stated in the contract with I.C.C. All courses must be paid, in full, at least two weeks before the course is due to begin.
Do you automatically work with anyone who sends you students?
Yes, anyone who recommends I.C.C. will receive a commission if they have registered as an agent.
If an agent does not have easy access to internet, can they still work with I.C.C.?
Yes of course. I.C.C. automatically sends to all our agents a number of brochures and all the necessary information by post.
Does I.C.C. ever visit the agents?
Yes, I.C.C. likes to visit all our agents, as we like them to visit us.
